2021 Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes
Our first vintage of Sauvignon Blanc was released in 1990. This wine is an elegant little gem of warm pineapple and white peach fruits, flint and stone, lime peel and hints of white pepper, finishing with lemon zest. Our fermentations are done in stainless still tanks, with extended lees contact for added complexity.
